Photos of your room
A photo you upload for the visualizer is only used to place your floor in it. We strip location and camera data when you upload. After 72 hours the photo and its results are deleted automatically. You can also delete them yourself straight away with ‘Delete photo’.
No account needed
Your calculations, saved floors, samples and cart are stored in your own browser (local storage). We only see them when you send us something yourself: an order, a quote request or a sample request.
What you send us
For an order, quote or sample request we use your name, contact details and address only to handle and deliver that request.
Language
If you choose English or Dutch yourself, we remember that choice in a cookie so you come back in the same language. We don’t use your browser language for that.
Statistics
We measure which parts are used, such as how often the calculator is started. Without names, email addresses or photos.
